As a Brand Ambassador at JamDrive, you will be the face of our brand, helping to grow our platform across Jamaica. You will onboard new drivers, passengers, restaurants, grocery stores, and sell promotional slots to businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Knowledge of the Jamaican market
- Access to a smartphone and reliable internet
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
Commission-only — uncapped, no salary cap.
Upfront Payouts (per qualified conversion):
- Driver referral: JMD 1,000 upfront (JMD 2,000 during launch period) + JMD 500 tier bonus + JMD 1,000 milestone bonus = up to JMD 2,500 total per driver
- Biker referral: JMD 500 upfront (JMD 1,000 during launch)
- Passenger first ride: JMD per completed first ride
- Restaurant/Grocery merchant: 10% of annual subscription value upfront
- Subscription plan sale: 10% of annual subscription value
Residual Income:
Earn ongoing residual commissions for 12 months on qualifying referrals.
