Earn unlimited commission onboarding drivers, passengers, restaurants, and merchants. Up to JMD 2,500 per driver referral, 10% of merchant subscriptions, plus monthly bonuses and residual income for 12 months.
Commission-only — uncapped, no salary cap. <strong>Upfront Payouts (per qualified conversion):</strong> - Driver referral: JMD 1,000 upfront (JMD 2,000 during launch period) + JMD 500 tier bonus + JMD 1,000 milestone bonus = up to JMD 2,500 total per driver - Biker referral: JMD 500 upfront (JMD 1,000 during launch) - Passenger first ride: JMD per completed first ride - Restaurant/Grocery merchant: 10% of annual subscription value upfront - Subscription plan sale: 10% of annual subscription value <strong>Residual Income:</strong> Earn ongoing residual commissions for 12 months on qualifying referrals. <strong>Bonuses & Incentives:</strong> - Monthly top performer bonus - Leaderboard rankings with cash prizes - "Bring Your Crew" bonus: JMD 5,000 fuel card for top 5 biker referrers - Referral streak bonus: JMD 5,000 for referring 3 qualified drivers in a month <strong>Perks:</strong> - Flexible schedule — work 5 or 40 hours/week, your choice - Full training and sales scripts provided - Business cards, flyers, and marketing materials supplied - Access to real-time staff dashboard and conversion tracking Top performers earn JMD 50,000+ monthly.
