Quick Start: 5 Steps to Go Live

Create Your Account

Time: 2 minutes

1. Go to merchant.jamdriveja.com
2. Click "Sign Up"
3. Fill in:
   • Your email address
   • Phone number
   • Create a password (8+ characters)
4. Click "Create Account"
5. Check your email and click the verification link
6. Log in to your merchant dashboard

Add Your Business Details

Time: 3 minutes

1. In the onboarding wizard, click "Business Verification"
2. Enter:
   • Business name
   • Business type (Restaurant, Grocery Store, etc.)
   • TRN number
   • Business address
3. Click "Submit"

You can continue setting up while verification processes in the background.

Set Up Your Bank Account

Time: 2 minutes

1. Click "Bank Details" in the onboarding wizard
2. Enter:
   • Bank name
   • Account number
   • Account holder name (must match your ID)
3. Click "Save"

This is where your earnings will be deposited weekly.

Create Your Menu

Time: 5 minutes (for 5-10 items)

1. Click "Menu Upload" in the onboarding wizard
2. Create a category (e.g., "Main Menu", "Drinks")
3. Add your first menu item:
   • Name — e.g., "Jerk Chicken Plate"
   • Description — Brief, appetizing description
   • Price — In JMD (e.g., 1200)
   • Photo — Upload a photo (optional but recommended)
4. Repeat for all your items
5. Click "Save Menu"

Quick menu tips:

• Start with your 5-10 most popular items
• Items with photos get 3x more orders
• Keep descriptions short and appetizing
• Price competitively — check similar restaurants on the app

Set Hours & Go Live

Time: 3 minutes

1. Click "Business Hours" in the onboarding wizard
2. Set your hours for each day
3. Click "Save"
4. Review your setup in the onboarding checklist
5. Complete the Test Order step (a test order will be placed automatically)
6. Once the test order is successful, you're LIVE!

Your restaurant is now visible to customers in the JamDrive app.
